BACKGROUND
Having studied Furniture & Product Design at Kingston University Richard worked for the acclaimed museum design practice Land Design Studio. From there he worked with the internationally renowned interior designer Ou Baholyodhin, before focusing on his own residential design projects.
Richard has a passion for all periods and genres of architecture and design and has worked on a diverse range of buildings including many listed properties spanning all ages, from Medieval houses through to Brutalist apartments in the Barbican.
Richard has designed projects in England, New York, Paris, Lebanon, Kuwait and Japan and now works in and around Winchester where he recently moved with his family.
PUBLISHED WORK
Richard’s projects have been featured in many publications including AD Magazine, Blueprint, Wallpaper, Elle Decoration, Vogue, Sunday Times, The Guardian and Sunday Telegraph.
Most recently one of his projects was included in the Atlas of interior design by Phaidon, listing 400 of the world’s most celebrated interiors from the 1940s to present day.
