Ikpase Residence

The large double pitched rear extension incorporates a striking walnut strip ceiling with hidden lighting. This space was thoughtfully configured to ensure that the new living area wasn’t compromised by the dining table, something that’s all too often the case when extending this type of property.

The guest loo presents a strong monochrome look, creating a bold and powerful statement by using different versions of the same hex tile. The geometric feel was further accentuated the by using rectilinear sanitary ware and a facetted brushed & pierced brass ceiling light. The moody atmosphere was further enhanced by the black paintwork.
